Registration Details and Fee

 

EPTA members may book their seats at the one-day conference now. The Early Bird  fee for Epta members is: £45.00  (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch) until 1st Jan 2026.  Then, the fee is £55.00 or  £80.00 inc refreshments.

Independent delegates may book their place at the one-day conference now. The fee, including  coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch is £165.00. Please deduct £25.00 if you do not wish to take refreshments.

Private teachers. The fee is  £75.00 or  £100, to include  events, coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch.

Delegate presentations. Register on the 1st Jan.

The fee, including  coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch is £165.00. Please deduct £25.00 if you not wish to take refreshments.

Students may pay £20.00 . This not include refreshments.

Please note  also, that the  registration fee is non refundable for whatever reason.

 

Travel Assistance

Delegates needing financial assistance to pay for their travel and/or accommodation should apply to their own department within the university, or seek arts council/trusts or government support within their own country. LIPS cannot finance individuals traveling to and from the conference, or pay accommodation costs.
