Fees and Registration Details

 

DELEGATE FEES

Those who have had their abstracts accepted may register on the 1st Jan. The fee is £165 for all events (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch)  See payment details below.

EPTA EARLY BIRDS

The  fee  is: £50.00  for all events (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch) until 1st Jan 2026.  Then, the fee is £65.00 or  £90.00 inc refreshments. See payment details below.

PRIVATE TEACHERS 

The fee is  £75.00 for all events (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch). See payment details below.

INDEPENDANT DELEGATES

The fee is £165.00 adf may be booked now (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch). See payment details below.

STUDENTS

The fee is £25.00. (add £25,00  for coffees/teas, morning and afternoon, and lunch). See payment details below.

Please note  also, that the  registration fee is non refundable for whatever reason.

 

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

Delegates needing financial assistance to pay for their travel and/or accommodation should apply to their own department within the university, or seek arts council/trusts or government support within their own country. LIPS cannot finance individuals traveling to and from the conference, or pay accommodation costs.

If you are a delegate add your surname  and D as your reference; and for refreshments add R, or R/V for vegan.

If you are a private teacher, add your surname  and P, and for  refreshments add R/V for vegan.

If you are a student add your surname and S and for refreshments add R or R/V for vegan.
